Common questions
The things people ask us first
Anything else, just ask on WhatsApp.
Ask us anythingHow much does an aircon service cost?
General servicing starts at RM120. Repair and chemical wash start at RM100 per unit, gas refill at RM90, installation at RM320. Send a photo and we'll confirm your exact number before we come.
Can I get the price before you arrive?
Yes, and that's the whole point of how we work. You get a fixed number on WhatsApp, you approve it, then we come. Nothing gets added on site without you agreeing to it first.
Do you come the same day?
Often yes. We run 16 technicians across Johor Bahru, Pasir Gudang, Masai and Skudai, so someone is usually near you already. Message us in the morning for the best chance of a same-day slot.
Which areas do you cover?
Johor Bahru, Pasir Gudang, Masai and Skudai. Our workshop is at 94, Jln Permas 10, Bandar Baru Permas Jaya. If you're just outside those areas, ask anyway and we'll tell you straight.
What brands do you handle?
All of them. Daikin, Panasonic, York, Acson, Midea, Samsung, LG, Hisense and the rest. If it's a split unit or a cassette, we've worked on it.
How often should I service my aircon?
Every three to four months for a home, monthly for an office or shop that runs all day. If cooling has dropped off or the bill has crept up, don't wait for the schedule.
What's the difference between a service and a chemical wash?
A service cleans filters, coils and the drain so the unit runs properly again. A chemical wash strips the coil and blower and flushes them out, which is what you need when there's a smell or the airflow has dropped badly.
My aircon runs but the room stays hot. What is it?
Usually low gas, a blocked coil, or a failing compressor. We check all three before quoting, because guessing is how people end up paying for a gas top up that leaks straight back out.
