Two unit types, two prices. Both fixed before we come.
Wall mounted service
The standard split unit on your bedroom or living room wall.

Ducted aircon service
Ceiling concealed units. More coil, more ducting, longer job.

- Return air filters pulled, washed and refitted
- Concealed coil and blower cleaned in place
- Drain line flushed, ceiling checked for damp
- Duct outlets and grilles wiped down
- Airflow tested at every outlet before we leave

How much is an aircon service in Johor Bahru?
Wall mounted units from 1hp to 2hp are RM120 each. Ducted units are RM180. Anything bigger than 2hp or a cassette, send a photo and we'll confirm the figure on WhatsApp before we come.
Does the price change with the hp of my unit?
Wall mounted units from 1hp to 2hp are all RM120. Above 2hp there's more coil to clean, so we quote it once we know the size. Ducted units are RM180 whatever the room.
How long does a service take?
Around 45 minutes for one unit. Several units in the same house take less time each, because the team is already set up.
How often should I service my aircon?
Every three to four months at home, monthly for an office or shop running all day. Johor humidity clogs a filter faster than most people expect.
Do I need to be home?
Someone needs to let us in and confirm the job at the end. After that you can carry on with your day, we work around you.
Will it make a mess?
No. Sheets go down before the unit is opened and we clean up before we leave. If we move furniture, we put it back.
Which brands do you service?
All of them. Daikin, Panasonic, York, Acson, Midea, Samsung, LG, Hisense and the rest. Wall units and cassettes both.
Can you come today?
Often yes. We run 16 technicians across Johor Bahru, Pasir Gudang, Masai and Skudai, so someone is usually near you. Message in the morning for the best chance.
